1. This is a "test network", not a "production network", Your server doesn't have to be online 24/24, 7/7. 

2. Your server must support IPv6 connections.

3. You must run the same ircd version we are using. Currently ircd-2.10.3p3.tar.gz

4. Your server must use our standard ircd.motd (you can add stuff beneath our
   text but our rules must remain in the ircd.motd). We'll send it to you.

5. Your server should run on port 6667 or port 7000. We can agree with other ports as well.

6. You must have an Admin who will be responsible and look after your server.

7. You have to tune the following parameters in the config.h file of ircd package.
(we are likely to send you the package already tuned), but anyway we care about the
following constants:

DEFAULT_INVISIBLE = true
LOCAL_KILL_ONLY = true
CLIENT_FLOOD = 1000
UNDEF_ZIP_LINKS = true
CRYPT_OPER_PASSWORD = true
CRYPT_LINK_PASSWORD = false

8. Acceptance of the request:

* Send the request to "jrh@it.uc3m.es".

* Every question will be discussed with the LONG project partners, and
  their decission will be unquestionable.
